Job summary

Binance is seeking a Partnerships/Creator Manager to recruit and manage global crypto creators, driving engagement and growth across the Binance Square platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement creator marketing programs and AMA sessions, while staying ahead of industry trends.

The role requires 3+ years in partnerships or affiliate marketing within crypto, excellent English, and the ability to work with an international remote team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in partnerships, affiliate management or cross-channel marketing in crypto.
• Experience with creator communities or crypto creator networks is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, Vietnamese or Ukrainian is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit global crypto creators and oversee onboarding.
• Develop creator engagement and retention strategies; liaison between creators and internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact crypto creators; track growth metrics.
