Job summary

Binance seeks a senior data and analytics leader to oversee a high performing, multidisciplinary team. You will design and build complex visualisations and analytical models to understand the impact of market or operational changes on the business.

You will work closely with operations to identify top use cases, translate findings into actionable visuals and recommendations, and analyse PB-scale data using a mix of proprietary and open source tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Actuarial, CS, Engineering or Life Sciences).
• Minimum 8 years of experience applying advanced analytics.
• Experience applying analytics to guide operational improvements, scheduling, asset utilisation or investment decisions; leadership experience.
• Ability to think abstractly, solve problems and deal with ambiguity.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills.
• Advanced competency in two or more of: analytical software (R, SAS); data visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing high performing, multidisciplinary members of the Data & Analytics team; design and build complex visualisations and analytical models.
• Work with operations to identify, prioritise and deliver on top analytical use cases; translate findings into visuals and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze PB-scale volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open source tools.
• Be part of a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.
