Job summary

LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions, optimise performance, and drive growth. You will join the Global Analytics & Insights team, supporting short-term goals and long-term strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, and Travel Retail.

This temporary cover role will last through December 2027, focusing on forecasting, analytics, and building self-serve tools.

Qualifications

Experience in data analysis and commercial data insights roles in consumer goods/retail/consultancy.
Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly for diverse audiences.
Leadership maturity with independent working style and influence.
Strong understanding of market trends and performance drivers.
Proficiency with BI and data tools to build dashboards and datasets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track KPIs.
Provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance and identify actionable insights.
Translate data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
Apply statistical modelling and forecasting to anticipate trends.
Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions and drive analytics innovation.
Lead ad hoc initiatives and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
