LEGO is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions, optimise performance, and drive growth. You will join the Singapore Malaysia and Travel Retail unit, blending business insight with analytics to support short-term goals and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Experienced in data analysis and commercial data insights roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail or consultancy.
• Leadership maturity: comfortable operating independently with leadership presence, maturity and influence.
• Ability to present insights and make compelling recommendations in a clear and actionable format for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of market trends, performance drivers, and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track key performance metrics.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: Provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance, uncovering actionable insights.
• Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
• Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modelling and forecasting tools to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions and collaborate with regional and global colleagues to drive analytics innovation.
• Independent Project Management: Lead ad hoc initiatives, resolve conflicts, and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
