Job summary
The LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking an Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic advisor, delivering data-driven insights that shape decisions and drive growth. You will combine business insight, analytics, and storytelling to support short-term and long-term strategies in the Singapore Malaysia and Travel Retail unit.
As part of Global Analytics & Insights, you will contribute to capability development and transform how we analyse business performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and commercial data insights roles.
- Ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Experience building dashboards and datasets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop commercial analytic insights.
- Provide deep-dive analyses on performance and trends.
- Translate data insights into compelling narratives.
- Apply statistical modelling and forecasting tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
- Lead ad hoc initiatives delivering insights with minimal guidance.
