Job summary

LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking a Analytics & Insights contractor to enable commercial insights for the APAC and China markets. This 9-month role focuses on analyzing retail performance, leading cross-functional reviews, and partnering with marketing, logistics and other teams to model strategic outcomes.

The position requires strong Power BI, Databricks, SQL skills, and experience in retail/FMCG analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement and no relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of analytics experience with data visualization and storytelling in Power BI, focusing on Retail or FMCG.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership with senior leadership meetings.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze LEGO Retail Performance to steer strategic and tactical decisions.
• Lead weekly cross-functional reviews with LEGO Retail APAC and China LBR senior leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service to model outcomes of business strategies.
• Identify trends across geographies and competitors and blend data sources for analysis.
• Drive demand insights across eCommerce and physical retail and support tech tool adoption.
