CMA CGM & ANL (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior IT Business Partner to align technology strategy with business goals across Customer Care, Operations, and Corporate Functions. You will oversee the IT portfolio and translate complex challenges into scalable solutions to drive efficiency and growth.

You will lead governance, manage multiple initiatives, and advise leadership on emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage. Local employment only in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years in IT Business Partner, Strategic Liaison, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record leading multiple IT initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, automation, analytics, and AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior strategic liaison between IT and business divisions (Customer Care, Operations, Corporate Functions).
• Identify, define, and prioritize IT initiatives delivering measurable value and growth.
• Lead IT governance and portfolio management, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Translate business challenges into tech-enabled solutions for innovation and efficiency.
• Oversee full lifecycle of IT programs from ideation to delivery and value realization.
• Advise on emerging tech trends to inform strategic capability development.
