Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics/semiconductors or trading-related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills for market trends and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English and Japanese favored.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations and inventory for key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between local, Japan, and regional customers to ensure smooth communication.
• Review requirements, identify growth opportunities, and expand SEAI regions.
• Participate in market research, track trends, and share actionable insights.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiate pricing, and support procurement with Japan and group companies.
• Propose and implement process improvements and automate workflows where possible.
• Assist in budget reporting and KPI improvement including cash flow and inventory.
• Conduct biannual inventory checks and support internal projects.
