MetaComp Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise and institutional clients after onboarding. You will be the primary commercial contact, maximizing value from MetaComp's products and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.

This role blends relationship management, commercial growth, project coordination, and customer success. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver seamless client

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in account management, customer success, relationship management, or business development.
• Experience with enterprise/institutional customers.
• Experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand wallet share through additional products and services.
• Renew commercial agreements and pricing arrangements.
