Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple business and technology projects across our fintech platform. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning to launch in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in fintech, payments, financial services, technology, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels and functions.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Independent ownership and ability to drive projects in ambiguity.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to launch and post-implementation review.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, trackers, and documentation.
• Monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, bottlenecks; drive mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations to management.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and status updates.
• Ensure alignment on objectives and priorities across teams.
• Manage conflicting priorities and drive timely decisions.
• Oversee projects involving new product launches, system implementations, and regulatory initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables with Product and Tech teams.
• Coordinate UAT, migration, go-live activities, and operational readiness.
• Incorporate business, compliance, and technology requirements into plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and governance.
