Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd, a MAS-licensed fintech payments provider in Singapore, seeks an experienced Project Manager to steer multiple business and technology initiatives. You will coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.

The role requires turning business objectives into actionable plans and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in fintech, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in fintech/payments/tech environments.
Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across seniority levels.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to launch and post-implementation review.
Define objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and docs.
Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
Escalate issues with clear recommendations to management.
