Job summary

MetaComp is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate multiple business and technology initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams. This role demands a structured, hands-on leader who translates business objectives into actionable plans and drives delivery in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, preferably fintech or payments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to launch and post-implementation review.
Define objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation.
Monitor progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.
Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations to management.
Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status updates.
Manage projects involving product launches, system implementations, and regulatory initiatives.
