Twilio, a remote-first company, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage relationships with its largest customers in South East Asia. You will drive consultative sales cycles, expand revenue, and collaborate with product, finance, support, and services to deliver outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Executive, SEA, you will lead account strategy, forecast rigor, and cross-sell opportunities across messaging, voice, and email services while collaborating with teams to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in major/strategic sales for enterprise customers.
• Experience in South East Asia or South Asia territories.
• Relationship management with cross-sells and upsells.
• Comfortable with business and technical leaders.
• Analytical account development using data.
• MEDDPICC-based forecasting and financial modeling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build processes.
• Proven revenue growth for large Asia-based customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key customer accounts including tech, retail, eCommerce, Insurance and fintech.
• Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue and margins.
• Partner with Twilio teams to identify new opportunities within your portfolio.
• Serve on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services.
• Forecast discipline, meet goals, and present guidance to leadership.
• Lead highly consultative sales cycles with large customers focusing on discovery and value.
