Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Experience managing project budgets, timelines and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in retail, retail production, experiential, events or Luxury marketing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients across assigned projects.
• Manage projects from briefing and scoping through to delivery and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, trackers and status reports.
• Lead regular client and project status meetings, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks and next steps.
• Manage client feedback and coordinate actions across internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively identify risks, delays or changes in scope and recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
