Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Understand customers' project requirements and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions
• Manage customer projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from prototype to mass production and End-of-Life (EOL)
• Work closely with internal operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Travel for customer visits and trade shows when required
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including revenue and sales pipeline updates
