Job summary

Exceltec Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Building/Property Executive to oversee management of residential, industrial or commercial properties under strata titles in Singapore.

You will lead the property management team, develop strategies to enhance asset value, manage budgets, contracts, compliance and risk, and maintain relations with owners, tenants and service providers. A diploma or degree in Property/Real Estate is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office

Responsibilities

• Strategic Management: Overseeing, developing, and implementing property management strategies to enhance asset value.
• Operational Leadership: Leading the property management team in day-to-day operations (Executive level and above).
• Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers.
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting for the property.
• Contract Administration: Overseeing negotiation and management of contracts with external vendors.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring operations comply with local regulations and managing associated risks.
