Job summary

Exceltec Property Management is seeking a Building/Property Executive to oversee and enhance the management of strata-titled residential or commercial properties in Singapore. You will lead a property management team and coordinate with owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and asset value growth.

The role requires a Diploma/WSQ Diploma in real estate management or related field, relevant certifications, and experience in strata context, with strong knowledge of MCST

Qualifications

• Diploma/WSQ Diploma in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications from SISV, BCA, or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, particularly in strata-living contexts.
• Familiarity with MCST regulations (e.g., BMSMA).
• Competence in property management software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, developing, and implementing property management strategies to enhance asset value.
• Leading the property management team in day-to-day operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, and service providers.
• Managing budgets, financial planning and reporting for the property.
• Overseeing the negotiation and management of contracts with external vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing risks in property operations.
