This is anon-patient-facing, backend positionideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive operational tasks.
Pick and pack medications according to prescribed labels and established work procedures.
Prepare medicines in ziplock bags and support daily pre-packing activities.
Replenish medication bins and transfer stocks from the storeroom when required.
Receive incoming stocks from vendors and assist with proper storage and organisation.
Support stock management activities to maintain inventory availability and accuracy.
Assist with deblistering medications and portioning tablets using designated equipment and procedures.
Keep packing areas and workstations clean, orderly and well maintained.
Carry out other pharmacy operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Comfortable working in a healthcare or polyclinic environment in anon-patient-facing role.
Able to commit to a minimum3-month contractwith good attendance.
Comfortable with extended periods of standing or sitting depending on workstation requirements.
Able to handle cartons and medication bins of up to10kg, with trolley support available where required.
Comfortable with repetitive packing, replenishment and inventory tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Willing to fulfil vaccination and serology requirements where applicable.
Able to work rotating shifts based on operational needs.
5.5-day work week / approximately 42 hours per week
Monday to Friday:7.5 hours per day
Saturday:approximately 4.5 hours
Shift timings may range from8.00am to 6.00pm, depending on the assigned location.
Assignments may be available acrossWest and Central Singapore healthcare facilities, including selected polyclinics and pharmacy operations.
