Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Storekeeper – Healthcare in Singapore to maintain pharmacy counters and storage areas, receive and inspect goods, and manage stock across departments. You will ensure proper documentation of movements and uphold storage conditions for pharmaceutical items.

The role focuses on cleanliness, inventory control and participation in improvement projects, with 5.5 days’ work week and a competitive remuneration package. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• GCE N or O Level qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping duties at pharmacy and cashier counters, display shelves, tables and other work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy and storage areas, including clearing carton boxes and materials.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Distribute pharmaceutical items to relevant departments and nursing stations with proper stock movement documentation.
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory and stock levels.
• Replenish stocks according to expiry dates and ensure items are in good condition.
• Record and assist with disposal of expired or deteriorated pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper procedures when returning goods to vendors.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceutical products and other inventory.
• Participate in workplace improvement projects as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
