SSW LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking Pharmacy Technicians (Non-Patient Fronting) to join our central warehouse operations and support the distribution of medications to healthcare institutions and patients.

You will work with a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure accurate, timely processing and delivery, with opportunities to contribute to quality and efficiency. The role offers career development in a fast-growing, large-scale healthcare supply-chain

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician (PS Singapore) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years in healthcare; leadership potential for senior roles.
• Experience with medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation or outpatient operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
• Process medication orders/prescriptions per set standards.
• Quality check picked orders/prescriptions and pack for delivery.
• Coordinate with IT/automation systems in pharmacy operations.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take.
• Handle billing procedures for services rendered.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients; reconcile and resolve issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Support quality improvement projects and staff training.
• Assist in orienting and training new staff; may lead the team if appointed.
• Perform cross-functional tasks as required.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our Central Warehouse operations

as Pharmacy Technicians (Non-Patient Fronting). Successful candidates will work together with a dynamic team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure accurate and timely distribution of medications to healthcare institutions and patients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking
• Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards
• Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery
• Work with informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems
• Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take
• Perform billing procedures for services provided
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover and issue resolution
• Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects
• Assist in orientating and training new staff assigned to section
• Assist in managing operations in assigned section if appointed as team leader
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore) or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in healthcare industry
• Candidates with operations leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
• Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup or outpatient pharmacy operations will be advantageous
• Proactive, highly motivated and resourceful
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Working hours: Mon - Fri (Alternate Saturday) Week A: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 7.30am to 1.30pm Week B: Mon - Thur 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis if needed
