Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a reliable Storekeeper to support day-to-day pharmacy inventory and packing activities in a backend, non-patient-facing role. You will handle picking, packing, stock replenishment, and vendor receiving across West and Central Singapore healthcare facilities.

The position requires comfort with standing, lifting up to 10 kg, and rotating shifts; a 3-month contract is emphasized. Vaccination/testing requirements may apply, and work locations vary by site.

Qualifications

• Healthcare inventory experience or familiarity with polyclinic environments is a plus.
• Attention to detail is essential for packing and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a non-patient-facing, backend role in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medications according to labels and procedures.
• Pack medicines into bags and assist with pre-packing activities.
• Top up medication bins and replenish stocks from storeroom.
• Assist with receiving and organizing stocks from vendors.
• Support inventory and storekeeping to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Handle deblistering and portioning per procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized packing and dispensing areas.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by supervisor.
