Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to support daily delivery preparations and inbound goods handling. You will ensure goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected, and ready for delivery or export, with strict checks on outgoing items and safe handling during delivery or collection.

Responsibilities include stock updates in NetSuite via Bin Transfer, monthly stock takes, and daily delivery planning.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License.
• Minimum ITE / NTC Certificate in Business / Office Skills with at least 5 years of related working experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected and are in good quality/condition before delivery to customer/or for export purposes.
• Ensure all out going items are checked & verified for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Responsible for the safety and security during Delivery or Collection.
• Ensure all delivered items and Delivery Orders are acknowledged with recipient Company stamp after checking.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels before receiving from Customers or vendors.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all goods allocated for delivery to customer.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when making deliveries.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging of transportation.
• Ensure proper handling during unloading (inclusive container) for all incoming goods.
• Ensure all incoming goods received are inspected in acceptable condition without physical/external damage on equipment and packing.
• Ensure all movement of goods in warehouse are updated in NetSuite System by using Bin Transfer.
• Responsible for the safety and security as well as housekeeping of the internal warehouse.
• Maintain proper storage areas for goods that are due to be self-collected by customers/forwarders.
• Perform monthly periodic stock take.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
