Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a delivery/warehouse associate to support daily preparation for delivery of goods to customers and to handle incoming shipments.

You will pick, pack, label, inspect goods for quality, ensure accuracy of outgoing items, and assist with daily delivery planning, loading, unloading, and warehouse updates in NetSuite using Bin Transfer.

A valid Class 3 or 4 driving license and an ITE/NTC certificate in Business/Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License.
• ITE/NTC Certificate in Business/Office Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, inspect and ensure goods are in good condition before delivery or export.
• Verify outgoing items for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Ensure safety and security during delivery or collection.
• Acknowledge delivery orders with recipient company stamp after verification.
• Check for damages on equipment, packaging, and labels when receiving from customers or vendors.
• Handle outgoing goods and load into vehicles for deliveries.
• Assist in daily delivery planning and arranging transportation.
• Handle unloading for incoming goods and ensure proper movement in warehouse.
• Update movement of goods in NetSuite using Bin Transfer.

About the role

To support daily preparation for delivery of goods to customers and handling incoming goods.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected and are in good quality/condition before delivery to customer/or for export purposes.
• Ensure all out going items are checked & verified for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Responsible for the safety and security during Delivery or Collection.
• Ensure all delivered items and Delivery Orders are acknowledged with recipient Company stamp after checking.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels before receiving from Customers or vendors.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when making deliveries.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging of transportation.
• Ensure proper handling during unloading (inclusive container) for all incoming goods.
• Ensure all incoming goods received are inspected in acceptable condition without physical/external damage on equipment and packing.
• Ensure all movement of goods in warehouse are updated in NetSuite System by using Bin Transfer.

About you
