Job summary

LIMELITE PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, receive and verify goods, label and store materials, and issue items to departments.

You will maintain stock records, conduct regular stocktakes, monitor levels, report discrepancies, and help with loading, unloading, and packing. Basic computer skills, good organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team are required. Forklift licence is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery and purchase orders.

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storeroom.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Arrange, store, and label materials and goods in the designated storage areas.
• Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and report stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the storeroom is clean, organised, and safe.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous storekeeping or warehouse experience will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and inventory record-keeping knowledge.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods and materials safely.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Forklift licence is an advantage, if applicable.
