CRAGAR INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Store/Inventory Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations.

You will supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery; maintain inventory accuracy; and coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Procurement and Logistics. Diploma/NITEC or equivalent and at least 3 years in stores or warehouse inventory required; ERP knowledge essential.

Competenze

• Diploma/NITEC or equivalent qualification with practical store/inventory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of stores, warehouse or manufacturing inventory experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP inventory transactions, stock counts and order fulfilment.
• Good understanding of receiving, packing, delivery and material traceability.
• Organised, accurate and able to supervise a small operational team.

• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes and investigate inventory variances.
• Maintain proper segregation of accepted, rejected, quarantine and customer-owned items.
• Ensure traceability, housekeeping and safe storage practices within the store.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Procurement and Logistics.
• Train store personnel and improve inventory accuracy and transaction discipline.
