Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Storekeeper at Seletar to manage materials and inventory for a semi-conductor manufacturing environment. You will receive, check, and store items, issue materials to production, and maintain accurate ERP records.

Ideal candidates have a NITEC or equivalent qualification and 1–2 years of warehousing experience, basic IT skills, and the ability to work with a team and lift stock; forklift license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, GCE 'N'/'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables based on production needs.
• Maintain inventory records using the ERP system.
• Conduct stock checks and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store area.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for approval when replenishment is needed.
• Prepare materials for delivery or collection.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices and company safety procedures.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2,500 per month

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
