Job summary

Singapore Dynamic Optics PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Store Associate to support packing, stock control and shipping readiness in our materials hub.

You will pick, pack and label items according to schedules, maintain records and assist with stock takes, ensuring accurate quantities and neat storage. The role requires basic reading of picking lists, basic computer knowledge and the ability to perform physical work.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School / NITEC or equivalent.
• Experience in store, warehouse, pick & pack, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Able to perform physical work and move cartons/materials.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to read and follow picking lists, packing instructions and work procedures.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production and delivery schedules and prepare materials/products accordingly.
• Pick materials, components and finished goods based on delivery schedules.
• Pack finished goods properly according to packing instructions and customer requirements.
• Perform labeling, quantity checking and basic visual inspection before packing/shipment.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are picked and packed to avoid delivery errors.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials to production and maintain proper movement of stock.
• Arrange finished goods in the designated storage and staging areas for shipment.
• Maintain accurate store records and assist with stock updates/documentation.
• Assist in periodic stock take and inventory counting.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the store and packing areas are clean, neat and organised.
• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Shipping/Logistics teams when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc store, packing and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
