ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for leading the team on the ground, driving sales, maintaining our service and operational standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, motivate and coach the team on the floor and lead by example and maintain a positive, energetic team culture
• SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Drive daily sales and support the achievement of store targets
• STORE OPERATIONS: Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations and oversee stock control, replenishment and product execution
