Job summary

Faita Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Store/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and issuing goods, and ensure accurate inventory records.

You will lead a small team, ensure safety, operate forklifts, and maintain documentation; forklift licence is mandatory and you must be physically fit. This role requires 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store and warehouse activities
• Manage receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and issuing of goods/materials
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and conduct regular stock counts
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged items
• Ensure proper storage, identification and organization of all materials
• Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled safely
• Maintain proper documentation for stock movement, delivery and receiving
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and compliant with company safety procedures
• Lead and allocate tasks to store/warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly

About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily store/warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper storage and handling of materials, and smooth movement of goods in and out of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store and warehouse activities

About you

• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to supervise and motivate a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse/store environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are an advantage
