molly nonya-cake and confectionery pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on retail store leader to manage daily store operations in Singapore.

You will ensure health & safety compliance, oversee cash handling, and supervise a team of sales staff and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll set daily targets, conduct briefings and training, and motivate the team during peak periods. You will monitor KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and resolve customer inquiries to drive repeat

Responsabilidades

• Open/close the store, maintain standards, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Oversee cash handling, tills, and financial reporting.
• Supervise sales assistants, supervisors, and assistant managers.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets, run team briefings, provide feedback, and arrange training.
• Motivate staff during peak trading periods (weekends, holidays, sales events).
• Resolve complaints, authorize refunds, and handle product queries.
• Set the standard for customer interactions to drive repeat business and positive reviews.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales against plan, shrinkage, and labor hours.
• Adjust floor coverage and schedules based on customer traffic.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and shrink control.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
