• Manage budgets, maximise profitability and set/ meet sales targets.
• Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve organization goals.
• Manage customers complaints, compliments and feedback.
• Manage stock inventory and stock control.
• Plan and manage promotional spaces and activities.
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff.
• Plan and perform biannual stocktake for the store.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met and compliant with government legislation (NEA, SFA, SCDF).
• Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business.
• Involve in projects such as planning for new store openings and renovation works.
