STORES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Lead, Store Operations to oversee multiple stores, drive operational excellence, ensure food safety, optimize inventory and costs, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will develop Store Managers, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and CX teams to push continuous improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• 7+ years in retail/logistics/warehouse ops with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and customer service.
• Proven ability to drive performance via KPIs and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Store Oversight across multiple stores and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead Store Managers, mentor teams, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Uphold food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory, reduce shrinkage, and minimize wastage across locations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements in store ops.
• Set and analyze KPIs/OKRs and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and CX teams.
• Optimize staffing models and manage operational costs.
• Lead onboarding and upskilling of store leadership and teams.
• Prioritize customer experience and swiftly resolve escalations.
