You will manage manpower planning, roster design, and provide on-floor backup as needed, while also assisting with admin duties and event logistics for roadshows.

This role emphasizes strong organization, adaptability, and effective communication to maintain store standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
• Willingness to cover shifts on the sales floor and travel to events as needed.
• Strong scheduling, logistics, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage daily and weekly store rosters to ensure coverage.
• Provide on-floor operations backup during staffing shortages or peak hours.
• Monitor attendance and coordinate leave requests.
• Plan and execute off-site roadshows, promotions, and pop-ups.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, setup and teardown of event materials and POS equipment.
• Assist Store Manager with policies, store targets, and daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, visual merchandising, stock availability, and loss prevention.
