Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage stock replenishment, address customer feedback, and ensure safety, hygiene and presentation standards in a fast paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail operations or supervisory role.
• Able to supervise and coordinate staff to complete tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail stall.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular checks on stall and service areas.
• Ensure displays are neatly arranged per standards.
• Monitor operations and address issues affecting customer experience.
• Supervise staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate stock replenishment for daily operations.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and procedural compliance.
• Coordinate with management on improvements.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement measures.
