Job summary

PVH, the global fashion company behind Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, is seeking a Store Manager in Singapore to direct all facets of retail store operations. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help achieve budgeted revenue and cost targets while upholding brand standards.

• Support Brand / Retail Manager in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
• To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
• To be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
• To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.

Job description

Overview

To provide responsible and highly skilled management in directing all facets of retail store operation. The Manager manages the retail store consistent with the short and long term interests of the company and its employees. He/she will consistently provide our customers with the highest level of service possible and assist the Brand / Retail Manager in achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.
