Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations and lead the retail team in delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain a positive brand environment, handle stock transfers, and support managers with sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes a hands-on attitude, strong English communication, and a passion for home & lifestyle products, with weekend work included in a 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• 5 days work week including weekends
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Fluent in English
• Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
• Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
• Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and proper SOPs
• Assign tasks, support retail team, and offer constructive feedback to improve the team and productivity
• Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers, ensuring stock is allocated efficiently
• Maintain an excellent store environment and implement improvements as needed
• Work closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned
