Job summary

• Responsibilities as Store Manager include overseeing operations, driving sales, and improving customer retention.

• Overlook store operations, drive sales and improve customer retention.
• Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports before store closure.
• Ensure opening cleanliness, report opening cash, update price tags, set daily sales targets using logs, monitor CCTV.
• Implement theft prevention measures and cash handling procedures.
• Perform closing housekeeping, report sales, and bank cash with reporting to the Operations Manager.
