Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a retail store associate to oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service. You will maintain a positive shopping environment, handle customer interactions, and assist with stock takes and inventory transfers.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail, excellent communication, and fluent English. Working hours are 10am to 7pm, five days a week including weekends, with a variable bonus benefit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships.
• Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers.
• Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately.
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed.
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
