Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Flagship Store Manager in Singapore to oversee daily showroom operations, events, and client engagement. You will ensure the store reflects brand standards and supports sales through organized events and effective CRM follow-ups.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin for diverse client interactions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP HANA knowledge is a plus. Occasional lifting up to 10 kg is possible.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Mandarin preferred for Chinese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations in the flagship store.
• Coordinate showroom visits and events, ~2 events per month.
• Support sales with samples, shipments, and CRM follow-ups.
• Manage showroom maintenance with local suppliers and merchandising updates.
