Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of store and key activities under directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment.
• Establish regular contacts with customers to maintain relationships.
• Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and SOP compliance.
• Assign tasks, support team, and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers.
• Ensure store is stocked efficiently and environment is maintained.
• Work with managers on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
