Job summary

INTEGRATE ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store & Inventory Manager to oversee multiple stores, supervise storemen, and coordinate inventory control while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

The role involves managing the movement of inventory, planning for new stores, and ensuring government agency compliance. Strong communication, initiative, and leadership of foreign workers are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimally 3 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with inventory control and metal fabrication processes.
• Intermediate computer skills; exposed with Power Apps or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and/or Globe 3 will be an added advantage.
• Good time management and critical thinking skills.
• Firm personality, communicates effectively, takes initiative.
• Proven ability to manage and lead foreign workers and implement culture change.
• Holds a valid driver’s license (optional).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and generate reports on site usage, wastage and damages.
• Ensure proper tracking and return of tools/equipment; oversee maintenance logs.
• Check welder’s fabrication work to ensure it meets drawings/specifications before dispatch.
• Lead setup and planning for new stores (including open yard layouts).
• Ensure stores pass government agencies spot checks (NEA, PUB, LTA, SCDF).
• Supervise storemen; manage leave to ensure adequate staffing; enforce PPE and safe practices.
