Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, maintaining equipment safety, organizing stock for traceability, and coordinating with project managers on orders and deliveries.

• Overall control of store activities and operations
• Purchasing and scheduling of goods delivery
• Administrative work on purchasing documents
• Plan for improving operations efficiency and product quality
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure supplier requirements are met
• Ensure equipment is safe and serviceable
• Arrange and maintain stock for easy identification and traceability
• Handle acquisition, distribution and storage of equipment and supplies
• Conduct routine stock-checks
• Keep storage area neat, dry and safe
• Liaise with project managers and coordinators on orders/deliveries
• Compile and check invoices against quotations and deliveries
• Distribute invoices and delivery orders for review and processing
• Carry out cost control, price analysis, supplier sourcing & purchasing of materials/equipment
• Any other duties assigned by management
