Job summary

HABEEZ PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Storekeeper in Singapore to manage stock, lead staff, and plan promotional campaigns for the store.

The role requires strong stores management experience, attention to accuracy, and a focus on hygiene and efficiency in the storage areas. Responsibilities include inventory control, receiving goods, coordinating with Purchasing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in retail management or related field.
• Experience in retail management and sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of merchandising, budgeting and promotional strategies is required.
• Must be able to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work during opening hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward goods to correct storage locations and manage stock in/out.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store area.
• Maintain inventory records and generate periodic reports.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized and hygienic.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Assist in resolving vendor delivery issues and manage returns when needed.
• Maintain all related documentation and use MMS for inventory control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
