Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Store Design and Planning Assistant to support boutique execution, refurbishment and maintenance across SEA markets including Singapore. You will coordinate projects with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery and Maison standards.

The role requires strong architectural/interior design background and experience in store planning, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture or interior design required.
• Experience in retail store planning or project coordination preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-department and work autonomously.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate boutique design, refurbishment and maintenance projects per timelines.
• Manage boutique maintenance activities, routine and extraordinary.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, drawings and trackers.
• Review drawings/layouts ensuring alignment with Maison standards.
• Assist budget tracking and expenditure records within approved budgets.
• Prepare maintenance status reports for internal review.
• Ensure proper filing of documents throughout project lifecycle.
• Operate SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security and LGSM systems as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely information.
