Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Events Assistant to support SEA events across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will collaborate with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to ensure flawless event execution and logistics coordination.

Your role involves sourcing third parties, coordinating vendors, maintaining detailed action plans, handling SAP-based invoicing, and on-site support to deliver excellence in every event.

• First experience in retail marketing/communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with third parties, including agencies, venues, and vendors.
• Provide logistical and operational support for events.
• Develop and maintain detailed event action plans.
• Provide administrative support, including invoice processing via SAP and expense tracking.
• Support on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects.
