Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels Singapore seeks a Jewelry Marketing and Merchandising Assistant to support daily jewelry activities, stock management, boutique requests, order and shipment follow-up, and SEA market marketing initiatives.

You will coordinate stock enquiries, manage SAP activities, oversee PLV transfers, monitor shipments, and provide administrative support to regional teams and campaigns across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Appreciation for jewelry and craftsmanship with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborates across departments with stakeholders and attention to accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jewelry activities, including stock management and boutique requests.
• Follow up on orders and shipments and support SEA marketing initiatives.
• Act as central point of contact for boutique stock enquiries and SAP activities.
• Coordinate PLV transfers and ensure accurate allocation and timely follow-up.
• Monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies with boutiques and regional service.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Marketing and Merchandising teams across SEA.

What are we expecting from you?

As Jewelry Marketing and Merchandising Assistant, you will support the Marketing and Merchandising teams in the day-to-day coordination of jewelry activities, including stock management, boutique requests, order and shipment follow-up, and marketing initiatives across SEA markets.

• Act as the central point of contact for boutique jewelry stock enquiries, coordinating requests with relevant teams.
• Manage SAP activities, including stock transfers, order cancellations, enquiries and daily stock updates.
• Coordinate PLV transfers and special stock requests, ensuring accurate allocation and timely follow-up.
• Monitor shipments, defective products and discrepancy cases, liaising with boutiques and Regional Customer Service.
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve stock, order and delivery-related matters.
• Support marketing and commercial activities, including training materials, GIA certificates, launches and boutique animations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Merchandising teams across SEA.
