Responsibilities

• Responsibilities: Cashiering and managing store, employees and tenants.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the store and coffeeshop.
• Maintain good customer service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient manpower, stock and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, service quality and overall outlet standards.
• Coordinate with coffeeshop tenants and resolve operational issues.
• Job Duties: Manage and supervise shop-front staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and arrange work shifts.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
• Purchase and replenish goods and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and control wastage.
• Create and propose new menu items and promotions.
• Liaise with tenants, suppliers and contractors.
• Attend to maintenance and other day-to-day operational needs.
