Job summary

Koufu Group is hiring for an Outlet Operations role within its Drink stall and FB stalls across food courts/coffee shops in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, manage transactions via POS, ensure cash collection, and deliver excellent customer service while following SOPs and health guidelines.

You will monitor stock, control wastage, drive sales through upselling, and coordinate with maintenance for hygiene, safety, and quality. Six-day week, non-rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service and customer interaction.
• Ability to follow SOPs and operational workflows.
• Strong attention to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of Drink stall and FB counters.
• Handle transactions with customers using POS and various payment methods.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, empathetic attitude.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow SOPs for food and beverage preparation and service.
• Control wastage to meet GP targets and upsell to boost sales.
• Monitor stock levels and plan ordering using e-PR system; conduct monthly stock-takes.
• Understudy F&B supervisor in scheduling, recruitment, and staff development.
• Assist in creating new in-house products.
