Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and tenants.
• Assess storage needs and recommend units and services.

• Manage inventory of supplies and merchandising materials.
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate customer records and liaise with back-office teams.
