PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in our branch network.

You will engage directly with customers, greet visitors, assist with sign-ups and payments, and support daily operations to ensure safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include advising on storage solutions, handling transactions, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and keeping facilities clean and compliant with safety

Qualifications

Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and tenants through walk-ins or appointments.
Assess customers' storage needs and recommend suitable storage units and services.
Handle branch transactions, including sign-ups, payments, move-ins, move-outs, and merchandise sales.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Manage inventory, including supplies, merchandise, and marketing materials.
Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Coordinate routine maintenance and facility checks with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Liaise with back-office teams on administrative matters.
